Because our structural systems have the capability to be 3 stories tall and also the ability to carry a 240' foot clear-span width and an indefinite length. Steel buildings can be expanded easily and cost effectively. Changing requirements for access doors can also be accommodated at later times. Frame designs can be chosen to allow huge column free interiors.
Our commercial or residential steel building kit is designed and engineer-certified and stamped by a licensed engineer of your state and will meet your requested dead loads, live loads, wind, and seismic stresses. They're built-in elasticity helps resist damage or destruction from unexpected events by mother natures, such as earthquakes, excessively high winds or heavy snowfalls.
All of our commercial and residential steel buildings—as well as each of its parts—are designed in conformance with the "Manual of Steel Construction" of the American Institute of Steel Construction. Cold-formed members are designed to conform with AISI's "Specifications for the Design of Cold-formed Steel Structural Members."
Our metal buildings use built-up steel I-beams or C-sections for its structural support system, rather than bulkier conventional hot rolled sections. This innovation, a result of extensive engineering studies, allows design engineers to put more steel where the most structural stress is applied. This provides significant savings in steel costs and avoids the waste of valuable materials. Interior main frames in your metal building kit system are fabricated with certified, tensile-strength steel for greater infrangibility and more efficient use of materials.
Metal roofing panels made from galvalume are also formed with materials of high tensile strength, specifically ordered for us. Stronger materials and the rigidity of the panels ensures easier handling during installation and is more resistant to damage.
